Blush Pink & White

Happy Friday!

I felt like this week flew by because of the holiday on Monday, which is a really good thing. I am ready to relax a little bit this weekend. The plans for now are going to the farm to pick some fresh strawberries. On Sunday, we want to go hiking since we've never done that before, plus it sounds like a lot of fun. Hopefully the rain doesn't get in the way of our weekend plans! Do you guys have any special plans?

For today's look, I am incorporating two of my favorite colors for S&S. These colors are blush pink and white, and I absolutely love pairing the two colors when I don't really know what to wear. They are really easy to style and they instantly make you look chic. This time, I paired a blush pink crop-top with a textured white skirt. I layered a denim jacket since it was raining that day, but this combination looks great on it's own. Another great way to wear these colors is by adding a few statement pieces, like the necklace I am wearing, and keeping the bag and shoes neutral for a softer look.

Siento que esta semana paso volando, probablemente porque el lunes fue día feriado. Estoy lista para relajarme un poco este fin de semana. Los planes hasta ahora son ir a la granja para recoger algunas fresas frescas. Para el domingo, queremos ir a hacer hiking ya que nunca lo hemos hecho antes y suena super divertido. Estamos confiando en que la lluvia no nos dañe los planes! Ya ustedes tienen planes para el fin de semana? 

Para el look de hoy, estoy incorporando dos de mis colores favoritos para los meses de calor. Los colores son el rosita claro (mejor conocido como blush pink) y el blanco. Me encanta usar estos colores porque son bien fáciles de combinar y te hacen ver chic al instante. En esta ocasión, combiné una blusita rosita claro con una falda blanca con textura. También añadí un denim jacket para protegerme de la lluvia que estaba cayendo ese día, pero el look queda lindo sin el jacket también. Otra forma de combinar estos dos colores es añadiendo algunas piezas llamativas, como el collar que estoy utilizando, y mantener los zapatos y la cartera en un color neutral.
