Happy Monday, guys! In today's post I am featuring one of the dresses that I scored from Lilly Pulitzer x Target, a resort collection with lots of colorful prints for spring and summer. For those of you that don't know what the Lilly x Target collection is, here's a little bit about it. The department store, Target, is known for doing collaborations with high-end designers. Over the last few years they have done collaborations with alice + olivia, Phillip Lim, Altuzarra, and other great designers. Target releases a limited edition collection with these brands and sells it for a more reasonable price. For instance, these collections always sell out fast and the day they are released, Target turns into a mall during Black Friday. This was my first time attending one of the Target collaboration releases, and thankfully, I was able to snag some of my favorite items. One of the items was this blue dress with a really cute print for spring and summer. All in all, my experience wasn't as bad as some of the other stories I heard, and I love everything I got.

Feliz comienzo de semana! Hoy les quería hablar un poco acerca de este vestido azul, una de las cosas que pude comprar de la colección de Lilly Pulitzer para Target. Si no sabían de que se trata esta colección, aquí les explico un poco más acerca de ella. La tienda departamental Target se ha hecho famosa en los últimos años por hacer colaboraciones con diseñadores de alto reconocimiento. Algunos de estos diseñadores han sido alice + olivia, Phillip Lim y Altuzarra. Target es conocido por lanzar una colección especial con dichos diseñadores por un precio mucho más razonable que el original. Por tal razón, estas colecciones siempre se venden en su totalidad el mismo día que son lanzadas, y Target se convierte en un centro comercial durante las ventas del madrugador (ó mejor dicho un caos total). Entre toda la multitud de mujeres tratando de agarrar sus piezas favoritas de la colección, logré comprar algunas cosas que llamaron mi atención. Entre esas cosas está este vestido azul, que tiene un estampado perfecto para la primavera y verano. En resúmen, mi experiencia no fue malísima (he escuchado historias de horror que sucedieron en otros Targets de EU), y me gustó todo lo que pude conseguir.
